Our 18 Gauge Steel Lamellar Armor is consists of small platelets known as "lamellae" or "lames", which are punched and laced together, typically in horizontal rows. Lamellar armor was often worn as augmentation to existing armor, such as over a mail hauberk. Our Lamellar armor is not attached to a cloth or leather backing as it is typically worn over a padded undergarment.
We do custom sizes if customer has extra time on hands.
