Full Round 16 Gauge Pin Riveted Chausses SCA Recommended

Chausses received quickly, thanks for the fast shipping and very good information about the shipping status.

Ring quality has really improved (not my first order). I replaced a lot less "bad rings" than I did some years ago (everyone has different quality needs, but there are still some broken rings, but you see them immediately and got to replace them, not to have any tissue from your undergarnment ripped off).

Important: The chausses themselves need tailoring. Every leg is different and with chausses, there is no alternative to tailoring it to your leg, but also your foot. The foot shape is very generic, so this is mandatory. The suspension does not make a lot of sense for me (a maille loop) as it's heavy and bulky, so there is some necessity for crafting a fitting suspension. But all in all, a good starting point if you're willing to invest some time (which is inevitable for chausses).

Very happy with theese Chauses, they will need some modding to fit correctly but its a super good start. very happy with the product.

I found the Mail fit well to the measurements given. My complaint, is that the mail chausses did not cover the upper part of my back thigh. At first I thought this was due to me not having the chausses pulled up all the way, but I soon realized even when I pulled them as far as they would go, my back thigh was still not very covered. However this is just an issue of more rings needing to be added. I'm unsure if they were designed like this and if other chausses you make are different since I haven't heard this from other chausses purchasers. Other than that, again the measurements were accurate and the ring quality is excellent especially for the price. I will definitely continue to buy mail from you in the future.
