These are awesome. I ordered a size medium. I am 5'10" 155 lbs, and these fit very well. The top of my foot to my hip is roughly 36", and thigh circumference with pants is 21". The medium fit me well. I am able to bend my knees all the way with these on. They don't bind up too much. An arming belt is included and it is nice. It's 2 1/2" wide and includes eyelets for tying the legs on and it includes strings.
